General Information

 Pipeline include:

Pipelines are designed for integrated use in the fields of oil and gas pipelines to operate accident-free throughout the life of the development of the deposit. The main problem for steel tubular products used in the petroleum industry worldwide - it is corroded. Its cause is a substance such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, water, salt, sulfur dioxide, which in large quantities contained in the liquid medium in oil fields. This creates a constant need to replace the steel pipes, or to use different methods of protection against corrosion. It significantly increases the cost of construction and maintenance of steel pipelines in the transportation of oil and aggressive environments.    In turn, Fiberglass tubes provide the same or better characteristics of pipes with absolute corrosion resistance, in a pipeline at high working pressure, temperature, and high aggressive environments. Piping systems are used to - linear pipeline (refer to the section of line pipe) flow and injection lines.
  1. - Column tubing (refer to section NCP) for the extractive and pumped wells.
  2. - Column Of casing (refer to the section of casing) for reconnaissance and operating wells.

APPLICATIONS OF LINEAR Fiberglass Pipe:

  5. - Pipelines transporting chemically aggressive fluids;

ANVANTAGES OF USING OUR PIPELINES:

  1. - Period of operation for transportation of corrosive liquids more than 25 years;
  2. - Piping systems are not subject to corrosion(pipe material inert to acids, salts, alkalis, hydrogen sulfide and oxygen-containing compounds);

APPLICATION OF PIPELINE Fiberglass will:

  1. - Increase the period of accident-free operation of pipelines for oil and gas;
  2. - Reduce the pressure on the height of the column or the length of the pipeline   (It makes possible the use of fiberglass pipe of smaller diameter than the metal);
  3. - Eliminate or reduce the deposition of salts and paraffins;
  4. - Reduce accident risk of using pipelines;
  5. - Eliminate the need for corrosion inhibitors;
  6. - Reduce the number rises of columns;
  7. - Investigate the status of operating columns of wells without a lift pipe tubing;
  8. - Reduce the cost of maintenance and operation column tubing and pipes;
  9. - Reduce the cost of installation and construction of pipelines due to no need for welding, pipe laying, etc.

Piping system consists of pipes made of Fiberglass epoxy resins, aliphatic or aromatic of hardeners and «E» glass roving, which is in the structure of the pipe up to 80%. The pipes are manufactured by wet longitudinal-transverse winding of roving soaked binder (epoxy resin) on the mandrel. During winding, fibers are guided to the necessary for optimal perception of load direction. For the assembly line pipe is produced with all the necessary range of shapes of products:

Products are manufactured according to TU-2296-001-26757545-2008, the foundation had been laid down requirements of ISO, API 15HR, API 15LR, the requirements of Russian regulatory documents. Focusing on high quality products, services and to meet high requirements to suppliers of products for the oil companies, the company implemented the quality management system to conform to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO / TS 29001 API Q1, is working on completing the certification process. Also, the company implemented the quality management system and the process of certification for compliance with the requirements of OAO «Gazprom» STO Gazprom 9001. To produce all necessary certificates: Rostechnadzor permission, fire certificates, sanitary-epidemiological conclusion, the hygienic certificate for transportation of drinking water. The pipes are mounted, down in the well on standard equipment in addition to which is supplied: sub, special torque wrench (to control the time of screwing the threaded connections), lubrication of TF-15 (for mounting at sub-zero temperatures is supplied special winter lubricant TFW-15) . Specialists of The Scientific Industrial Enterprise «Fiberglass Pipe Plant» implement integrated order tracking: A survey of the site, assist in the integration, training, conduct supervision and construction works, providing technical assistance, after tracking. Products can be taken out from warehouse or delivered to the customer by road or rail.
