ANVANTAGES OF USING OUR PIPELINES:
- - Period of operation for transportation of corrosive liquids more than 25 years;
- - Piping systems are not subject to corrosion(pipe material inert to acids, salts, alkalis, hydrogen sulfide and oxygen-containing compounds);

APPLICATION OF PIPELINE Fiberglass will:
- - Increase the period of accident-free operation of pipelines for oil and gas;
- - Reduce the pressure on the height of the column or the length of the pipeline (It makes possible the use of fiberglass pipe of smaller diameter than the metal);
- - Eliminate or reduce the deposition of salts and paraffins;
- - Reduce accident risk of using pipelines;
- - Eliminate the need for corrosion inhibitors;
- - Reduce the number rises of columns;
- - Investigate the status of operating columns of wells without a lift pipe tubing;
- - Reduce the cost of maintenance and operation column tubing and pipes;
- - Reduce the cost of installation and construction of pipelines due to no need for welding, pipe laying, etc.
Piping system consists of pipes made of Fiberglass epoxy resins, aliphatic or aromatic of hardeners and «E» glass roving, which is in the structure of the pipe up to 80%. The pipes are manufactured by wet longitudinal-transverse winding of roving soaked binder (epoxy resin) on the mandrel. During winding, fibers are guided to the necessary for optimal perception of load direction.
