The main products manufactured by The Scientific Industrial Enterprise «Fiberglass Pipe Plant», Ltd are fiberglass tubing. To date, accumulated a vast experience in Fiberglass tubing on injection wells of maintaining reservoir pressure in oil companies in Russia and CIS Many oil companies are introduced and implemented the program update injection wells at the columns of Fiberglass tubing, such as in the «Belorusneft», ОАО «RN-Udmurtneft», RD «KazMunaiGaz». In the ОАО «Tatneft» since 2002 developed and implemented an active program of seven-renewal fund injection wells on Fiberglass tubing, the annual introduction of 80-100 wells. Pipe diameter 50, 63 mm working wells pumped waste sulfurous water, at an operating pressure of injection - from 10 up to 17,2 MPa. For to date in ОАО «Tatneft» ?s implanted and successfully operated more than 500 injection wells. S?nce 2006 PO «Belorusneft» produces an annual implementation injection wells with Fiberglass tubing. For ?t used columns of Fiberglass tubing, at a nominal pressure of 10 and 17.2 MPa, with a length of suspension up to 3500 meters. At the injection wells Fiberglass tubing introduced both on packerless wells and boreholes as a set with wall packers. Fiberglass tubing successfully exploited in the layout of packer complete with a setting tool produced by НПФ «Packer», as well as packer M - 1x complete with overshot and stinger (USA production). With great success stories of exploitation in the injection wells, future expansion of the scope of Fiberglass tubing is their use in producing wells with the use of УЭЦН and УЭВН. To date, the technology is developed and in 2009 started activities of setting fiberglass tubing at the producing wells in several oil companies.

FIBERGLASS TUBING USED IN:

1. - Injection wells of the ППД;
2. - Recycling wells;
3. - Gaslift wells;
4. - Producing wells with УЭЦН.

ANVANTAGES OF USING FIBERGLASS TUBING:

1. - Period of operation for transportation of corrosive liquids more than 25 years;
2. - Piping systems are not subject to corrosion(pipe material inert to acids, salts, alkalis, hydrogen sulfide and oxygen-containing compounds);
3. - A small mass of pipes, which provides a high strength (average weight of fiberglass products up to 5 times less than the mass of the same metal);
4. - Piping systems are not subject to deposits of paraffins, salts and solid precipitation;
5. - Provides a low hydraulic resistance, due to smooth inner surface;
6. - Are not shielding material;

APPLICATION OF FIBERGLASS TUBING WILL:

1. - Increase the period of accident-free operation of pipelines for oil and gas;
2. - Reduce the pressure on the height of the column (It makes possible the use of fiberglass pipe of smaller diameter than the metal);
3. - Eliminate or reduce the deposition of salts and paraffins;
4. - Reduce accident risk;
5. - Eliminate the need for corrosion inhibitors;
6. - Reduce the number rises of columns;
7. - Investigate the status of operating columns of wells without a lift pipe tubing;
8. - Reduce the cost of maintenance;

Integral fittings «nipple - clutch» threaded EUE 8rd API Long meets the requirements of API 5B, consistent with the thread size and thread profile of a triangular metal pump and compressor casing with a step of 8 threads per inch (GOST 632-80 and GOST 633-80) . The main difference is that the total length of the threads Fiberglass pipe is longer than a similar metal (photo thread).

The pipes are mounted, down in the well on standard equipment in addition, to be supplied: sub, special torque wrench (to control the time of screwing threaded connections), lubrication of TF-15 (for mounting at sub-zero temperatures supplied special winter lubricant TFW-15 ).
